TAMKINE Platform

In accordance with the applicable legislation on personal data protection, we inform you of the following:

Data Controller

The information collected on the TAMKINE Platform is processed by the CNDP for the management and holding of remote meetings and conferences via the TAMKINE platform, notified and authorized by the CNDP under authorization number [AUTHORIZATION NUMBER].

Data Destination

Your personal data is intended for internal use by the CNDP. The TAMKINE platform is hosted by IBM in Frankfurt, Germany, and this transfer is notified and authorized by the CNDP under receipt number [RECEIPT NUMBER].

Recordings

During meetings on the TAMKINE platform, video/audio recordings may be initiated, and your express consent will be requested before starting the recording.

Your Rights

In accordance with Law No. 09-08 promulgated by Dahir 1-09-15 of February 18, 2009, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access and rectify information concerning you. You can exercise this right by contacting the DPO at: mesdroits@cndp.ma.

You may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of your data.
